The 2020 International Engage Awards, the only Customer and Employee Awards programme, are set for further exciting growth this year, with a total of 24 categories and are open now for entries – a significant increase on the 18 categories in the 2019 Awards programme.

This major expansion is testament to the consistent success and growth of the Awards, designed to recognise customer and employee engagement excellence, and which have attracted more entries year on year since their inception in 2016.

There are several brand new categories for the 2020 International Engage Awards, with an emphasis on those that focus on the work of Teams, and also those that recognise the increasing importance of Employee Wellbeing, Customer and Employee Retention and the growing use of Technology as an enabler for both Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience(EX) excellence.

The 2020 Awards are segmented into four key category groups: Innovation Technology and Integration; Employee Experience; Customer Experience; and Workforce and Workplace Transformation.

Steve Hurst, chair of the International Engage Awards judges says: “The Awards have grown from strength to strength since launch in 2016 and this year’s much expanded programme with 24 categories, up from 18 categories in 2019, marks a major step forward for the only customer and employee engagement Awards as they enter their fifth year.”

The International Engage Awards are now open for entries. Entries close on Monday July 13, judges begin shortlisting on Monday July 27. finalists will be announced on Monday September 14, and winners will be revealed as a glittering Awards ceremony on Monday November 9.
