CX Marketing Summit 2019 13th June 2019

The CX Marketing Summit took delegates on a journey to CX excellence, as we looked at the increasing number of organisations who are combining the efforts of the customer and marketing departments to provide consistent messaging and further enhanced customer understanding and insights, which leads to tailored, personalised offerings that attract and retain a loyal customer base.

Employee Engagement Summit 2019 10th May 2019

Customer Engagement Summit 2018 12th November 2018

With a year that’s so far been filled with GDPR regulations changing the way that every organisation operates, as well as AI becoming more frequently used than ever before, it’s understandable to be at a crossroads in terms of where to go next with your customer engagement strategies.

Employee Engagement Summit 2018 04th May 2018

The Summit is the premier event of its kind in Europe and was back and bigger than ever for 2018, held on 4th May in Central London. We welcomed organisations who have not yet presented for us to the stage, such as Ministry of Justice, University of Bath, Ericcson, Big Issue, Wellcome, European Commission, ESCP Europe Business School, Taylor Vinters and more.

With research showing that organisations are facing a radically shifting context for the workforce, the workplace, and the world of work, the employee engagement team were faced with a number of converging issues that are driving the need to ‘rewrite the rules’ of engagement.
