Events: Future of Martech

Future of Martech Conference

Technologies are Innovating and Enabling a New Kind of Creativity

Martech originally comprised of marketing software such as marketing automation platforms, social media management and monitoring tools, website, and SEO analytics.

At present, and over the coming years, the marketing function will continue to leverage these technologies and trends of the digital age and begin to increasingly overlap with tools leveraged by other parts of the organisation. The landscape relating to technology in marketing continues to develop and has already grown to encompass sales and service tools as well.

We are in the era of brand experience and customers’ demands are rapidly changing. There has been a seismic shift from campaign-based value to customer-based value, measured largely through the customer experience, and consumers are now exercising control over their data, content they want to consume, and the brands they wish to engage with.

The future is cloud and, for many, the migration to cloud technology is already well underway. Marketers need to think about how they federate their data to create great customer experiences, as the time to align and comply with customers’ needs is more prominent than ever.

LIVE UPDATE: Our 2022 events are planned as hybrid venue based conferences, providing both best in class live virtual access and an exciting totally revamped onsite experience, we believe this new format will ensure they will be the best events we’ve organised. The format is of course subject to government guidelines and social distancing at the time of the event. We will have comprehensive measures in place ensuring the safety of all those involved including our delegates, speakers and sponsors. We are more excited than ever and look forward to seeing you – whether that be virtually or in London in person.
